With 35 years of experience in Corporate and Information Technologies, George has started two companies from scratch, positioning them to sell for 6-figures that are still profitable when writing this bio. George specializes in Leadership, Management, and the Creation of systems to guide team members in following the companies’ Mission, Vision, and Values. He emphasizes building consistency in every part of the business as it results in higher employee and customer satisfaction. George has dedicated himself to helping business owners create meaning in their lives, resulting in more free time for the business owner, motivated team members, business expansion, and increased revenues. George’s natural ability to build trust and rapport with people helps him understand his client’s motivations and needs better than they can or realize on their own. Unafraid to ask the “hard questions” (the ones that matter to unearth the uncomfortable truths and realities), George immerses himself in the client’s mind, heart, and business and offers a personal touch to any of his consultations and coaching sessions. Having been through the journey, George knows that starting a business as a self-employed person is exciting but can be very challenging. George’s life motto is “We work to live, not live to work,” and he embodied this by moving from the cold winters of Canada to the Philippines, where he married his beautiful wife, Nerissa, in 2019.
